I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the location was really convenient with easy access to various shops and my training center, the room left something to be desired. It was also frustrating that the service wasn't as accommodating as I had hoped, with a couple of issues regarding my deposit. However, the hotel did provide a reasonable value for money given its location.

I stayed at a hotel that had a great location near UiTM, which was super convenient for my convocation. The rooms were comfortable overall, but I did notice that there weren’t enough cups for the number of guests. The service was lacking, especially when it came to handling our deposit. I was also a bit disappointed that there were no tissues provided in the room, which would have been a nice touch. Even with these drawbacks, the value for money was decent, especially considering the prime location.
